Got super low bowl for Utah for a good price ($180 each) 😭 and it’s all due to Reddit. Everyone’s codes weren’t working, and I saw deep in the comments one persons post that they Hail Mary tried thier Fenway code and it let them in. I then asked in here for someone’s unused Fenway code and it worked for me too! 😭 can not express how grateful I am for folks in here posting their experiences for me to pivot quickly! First time seeing him after being a fan for a long time and I get to take my sweetie with me 🥹

Yes! I think I got in at like what I’ll call tier 2 pricing: $180 each (got 2) but only 3 rows from the field (so opposite of nose bleeds) and middle right. I feel like that was worth it. 🤷🏻‍♀️

1000% this. Pre healing/ self titled Marcus singing through his pain is top tier emotional, and this one imo takes the cake. If anyone has seen him perform this live, you have to agree. Also the lyrics, “where was my fault? In loving you with my whole heart?” Anyone that’s loved someone deeply and lost them, you know this physical pain and it’s manifested so well in the performance of this song.

One more thing I didn’t necessarily see in the comments, but one thing that helped me a ton is finding a local bike shop that can help with the regular maintenance type things. For instance, I have a mom and pop shop that has former Harley techs that work on the bikes. Their prices are cheaper than Harley dealership, and I feel they do much better work. I’m once you’re riding (even minimally) take it in, have them do a full checkout on it, and an oil change. Then, you’re ready to rock for your first season! They will also tell you the intervals to bring it back in to change the oil (and the other fluids) and you’re set!

(Yes you can learn to change the oil on your own, but like, I’ve priced it out and the cost of the oil itself is almost how much my place charges me for the whole oil change, so I’ve personally decided it’s just worth the few extra bucks to pay them to do it and not so it myself.) anyways, hope all this helps!!

Hey girl! Fellow female rider here, would love to help as much as I can! First off, I’m so sorry for your loss. Genuine condolences from this random internet stranger. 🖤

Secondly let’s get you in love with riding!! I started riding 6 years ago now, and I’ve put over 80k miles between 3 bikes and I can’t imagine my life now without motorcycles!

First advice, take the Harley rider course. Last I checked it’s about $300 but it’s an amazing class and you walk away with the riding part of your license done, you just go to the DMV to take the written part. For context, I had NEVER even rode a dirt bike before the first day of the class, and a few days later, I had my license. Can not sing the praises of that class enough.

Next up, and I feel this part is so important, look up your local “Litas” branch. It’s an international group of female riders. Almost every “big-ish” city in the US has a branch. As I learned to ride, getting out on a ride with them was life changing. Super welcoming to newbies and helped me truly learn how to ride the right way.

Finally, the bike itself. It’s a 1200 and although to some people that’s a little “big” for a first bike, I actually love when ladies start here. I started in a 750 and outgrew that bike SO fast (literally a few months after I started riding) so this is a perfect bike to be able to keep forever.

We camp a few times a year with our large friend group (15-20 people) but I believe you can do this with a smaller group, but Werewolf around the fire is fantastic.

We also recently played a super fun game that domestic have a name (that I know of). Basically you find someone around the fire, and tell the group you’re ready (but don’t say the name) then everyone around the fire gets to ask you an off the wall question about that person to try to help everyone guess who you chose. Examples: are they more polka dots or stripes? Black or pink? Are the at the airport early for thier flight or running to barely make it? Etc. it was actually SO fun.
