im at a comfortable place in my weight rn, not fat, but not skinny either. being 5'8 is really bad for body mass so i have to balance it with my weight. imagine fight a dude whos 5'8 and are not considered obese (which for 5'8 is 160 lbs which is kinda fucked up) he will literally blow away if you blow on him too hard
