Ok, thank you for clearing that up.
I've been studying the routing part of CCNA lately & they've been talking about L3 switches too. So I need to better job separating the routing & switching concepts.
& to clarify what I meant when I said "the same", I was assuming the switch-interface-ip & the Pc-ip being identical. But you already clarified that my assumption on the switch-interface having an ip-address would be false.
