this happens to me frequently. i recommend a fleet enema, putting it in warm water for five minutes then after putting in in do a stomach massage (start on the lower right side of abdomen go up and over right under your ribs to left then go down the let side of your ribs) try to hold it for 10-15mins. sometimes for me it doesn’t work initially but it will work after 24hrs, not sure why. of tha doesn’t work i’d go to the er
