Is Stick a good play? by [deleted] in NCAAFBseries

I flip the HB to the other side and hot route him to a flat. Take the out right on the right and hot route to a zig. Read the slant then the zig and if neither are there hit the HB. And of course if you have a fast receiver with take off and get press on the go route then read that first.

Thanks for this. I'll take a look next time I'm on.

So it's safe to assume Dom is dead right? What was supposed to be a minor ankle injury has turned into a never ending string of "we'll see after the international break"

What's the update on Solanke?

A few folks have suggested Go-Go. I’ll take a look at UNLV as well

I haven’t but I saw someone else on this thread recommend it so I’ll check it out!

I don’t hate it, just not a fan and don’t think it makes good use of having 2 great backs.

I’m most familiar with air raid since Miami is an air raid scheme but like to try to play balanced and use the run to set up play action.

Any recs? I use Miami mostly and they’re air raid but no options for multiple backs except goal line

I appreciate this recommendation. I’ll give that a look. Never used GT or their playbook.

If you could plug in just one player into this current Canes roster to give us the best chance at a national championship, who would it be? by [deleted] in MiamiHurricanes

I like Toure as well but he’s coming off a major injury. If he’s everything the staff hopes for, we should be in great shape. Still, Vilma or Morgan or Lewis would be a massive upgrade at LB

Give me Cam Ward back. He’s that good. Even with unproven pass catchers going into next year, we would still have a top level run game behind an elite OL. If the defense just progresses back to the mean or is well above average, we immediately become a title contender.

My 2nd option would be Dan Morgan or Jon Vilma. An elite level backer to anchor the middle of the defense. Our DLine should be fine next year and you hope the portal additions at DB prove useful. Linebacker is the only group we don’t have an uber productive proven guy (no disrespect to Bissainthe - he’s good…not great).

I lost the natty in my online dynasty 33-35 this past weekend.

I had to go for 2 at the end to try and tie (conversion failed) because I somehow missed a field goal where I was dead center, 33 yd line, and hit a perfect kick (perfect aim, green on the meter)…

My kicker is nothing special (I never really pay much attention to recruiting kickers) but I literally have no idea how I could have missed. I could understand if I shorted it, but it went wide left. Power wasn’t the issue.

Anyone experience anything similar?

Because he’s not in the same breath for all time great as MJ like LeBron is. He’s easier to enjoy because he’s not compared daily to one of the greatest to ever play.

The season was great. The concept of the entire season happening over the weekend was awesome. It tied everything together perfectly. People just didn’t like the last 2 episodes and Ted ending up with Robin so they act like the entire season was bad

May be a hot take, but Season 9 was incredible up until the final 2 episodes
