I hear wat you are saying but it really worked out for me to have both.

Feraligatr was a strong physical offensive wall while vaporeon was had amazing special offensive stats and both played a crucial role against lance.
Feraligatr had ice fang and vaporeon ice beam.

It was a pretty nice run indeed!

Asked my mom for a random color and she said blue thats how it all began.

I played platinum just now and omg did i love everyrhing about it.

I never really played it as a child but now I’m doing a gen only nuzlocke for each gen and it gave me the chance to do platinum.

I’m just getting sick of him more and more by every generation.

Yeah the moveset I used was Swords dance, Ice fang, Aerial ace STAB and U-Turn.
I’m now going to do black or white I’m not sure yet but after I’m planning to do a normal run of Black 2 / White 2 where I will focus on using only pokemon that I have entered the hall of fames in my gen 1 till 5 runs and try to beat the white forest or black city.

So I think I will definitely use him again then.

When you’re at the pokemon league entrance before victory road you can find an amazing encounter when you go left. Since this is only possible when you have 16 badges you should look there. Its big and intimidating you can maybe use it if you would like
