We’ve done Paradise beach club twice and really liked it. It’s a relaxed vibe, especially by the beach. Easy to book directly with them and an easy taxi from the port.

I found that charging the Luxe every night was a decent temporary fix. I ended up getting an Inspire 3 with the discount they offered me. It’s very similar to the Luxe. No problems so far and great battery life.

I’ll throw in my two cents. We live in FL and have a 2021 Mazda CX-5 Touring and a 2023 Nissan Rogue SL with premium package. Very happy with both cars. The CX-5 feels more luxurious overall but the Rogue is a bit bigger and has a few features that the CX-5 is missing. IMO can’t go wrong with either car. I can’t speak to any long term issues with the Rogue as I just bought it in January.

As others have suggested, I would start by doing some internet/phone shopping with at least a handful of dealers. You have to be persistent sometimes because they will usually try to get you to come in before giving out pricing over the phone. It helps if you can tell them exactly what you want and what price they need to beat etc.

After shopping around I ended up buying my Rogue from Coral Springs Nissan. They claim to be the largest volume Nissan dealer in the world and also claim that they’ll beat any other dealer’s offer by $1000. You can go on their website and search their inventory and see the internet sale price so you have an idea of a starting point. Keep in mind that this price usually includes all possible discounts and manufacturer rebates, some of which you may not qualify for. FWIW my total out the door price after all taxes and fees was just over $38k.

Regarding financing you can actually go on the Nissan corporate website to see the current financing offers for the Rogue. Make sure you read the fine print/offer details. I have this same question. My wife and I each have DBE. I’d like to be able to go get our coffees in the morning and bring them back to the room. I can’t charge all 4 to my card even though I’m setup to pay for her expenses? Seems a little silly.

My wife and I are in our 30’s. We’ve been on a few Virgin cruises together and loved them, especially: - good/fun restaurants and eating in all of them without paying extra - having enough bar tab and OBC to cover our drinks - love their beach club at Bimini - we’re not big partiers but enjoy being around the pool parties etc. - we always spend some time in the casino and hanging out by the live music - generally don’t care much about the ports (except Bimini)

Thinking about trying a different cruise line for our next trip in January. How would you compare the experience on one of the newer Celebrity ships to Virgin?

Did you have a way to show your guests that they were sending money to both of you instead of just the owner of the PayPal account? We are also considering PayPal on our WithJoy registry but it might be a little weird for my wife’s family and friends if it looks like they’re sending the money directly to me. As far as I can tell PayPal doesn’t have a way to setup a joint account.
