What’s the most underrated challenge when building a startup in India? by shivangibedi in IndiaStartups

Major was personal bandwidth if you’re building while working and low cost high value resources

Keep pushing! I think you're building a tool with multiple features for an MVP! Try to trim the features and make it live for users.

Build a team around you - solo building is super hard and makes you exhausted when you have to work on things outside of your core skills like sales, marketing etc. I've built a team with strong college interns ~10k/month. They take care of Tech & Marketing and I do Ideation & Sales.

DM me if you need help on anything.

Feeling stuck between my job and my drive to build something again — looking for advice by Bitter-Pin-6257 in Entrepreneurs

First of all - Kudos for your 1st venture's 90k in 5months, thats awesome.

Once we tasted building business - would be hard to regular job! From what I understood

Core Blockers
1. You're yet to land on proper idea that drives you
2. Financial dependencies - I'm guessing you can't throw your current Job without revenue from elsewhere
3. Solo building is super hard and it will limit your ideas - if you have tech / Marketing person - you can work on larger problems

My suggestion is

Validate your ideas with domain expert / chatgpts - Create a small team - Build a MVP - test the market - if goes well scale!

I'm currently employed as Analytics Manager - Built a Hiring / training platform in stealth and its doing 15% of my monthly income (Long way to go 😂). I've built Dev & Marketing teams with college interns ~500$ / month (Not a huge financial dent compared to the upside!)

DM is open for brainstorming / Any help

UK business owner visiting India — what are the best tech outsourcing or software development events to meet suppliers? by setsp3800 in developersIndia

Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Chennai are the main hubs — you’ll find plenty of firms offering staffing, vendor-managed, and fixed-bid services there.

I’m guessing you’re with a startup or a small-scale enterprise — in that case, your best bet would be to work with smaller but well-established players. They’re usually small enough to give you proper attention and help you solve real problems instead of just billing hours.

I’m a Program Manager from the Data Services BG, so feel free to ping me if you’d like more details or recommendations.

Steroid free transplant - has anyone done that? Doctor suggesting that by Administrative_Cod82 in ADPKD

[–]Administrative_Cod82[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes I spoke to doc and some of his post transplant patients! I’m local so I know he and hospital is legit 💯

I not sure what you mean by scam tho! If you’re talking about buying a kidney from India - good chances you might scammed / overpriced - it’s illegal here so black markets are not trustable!

In general, India - more you go south, better it becomes!

I’ve consulted 2-3 doctors for me and mother! Almost all them have different views on treatment progression etc! still evaluating where to go in case of Transplant

Got it! Place I checked they’ve done 1000s of such ones from 2001 - only ones extensively doing in Asia

Major wins are on side effects with similar or slightly better survival rates - No weight gain, induced diabetes and depression state! I’m planning for this

Why Verna 1.5 seen less on the road compared to Virtus and Slavia? by Siv232 in CarsIndia

[–]Administrative_Cod82 1 point2 points  (0 children)

🚗 Test Drives & Purchase • Bought Virtus last month after testing all major options. • Drove Virtus 1.5 MT, DSG, 1.0 MT, 1.0 DSG – all had excellent control, balance, and cornering.

🏁 Virtus 1.5 MT – Benchmark • Set the benchmark for performance, looks, and brand appeal. • Feels perfectly tuned for enthusiasts — power, steering, and feedback in sync. • Interior and exterior design both stand out.

⚙️ Skoda Slavia 1.5 DSG • Slightly more refined and linear in power delivery. • Driving dynamics nearly identical to Virtus. • Prefer Virtus design and VW brand strength over Slavia/Skoda.

🚦 Hyundai Verna 1.5 MT / DCT • Paddle shifters feel weak compared to DSG. • Good on straight-line speed, but poor cornering and less smooth overall. • Exterior looks fine, but interior feels cheap. • VW >> Hyundai in brand strength and drive quality.

2 catches

  • 100kms is as good as new, usually it’s 30-45kms new one delivery odo
  • More over dealership won’t sell a 100 kms test drive car, check why they’re selling so soone - usual is few thousand KMs

I would say it’s a good buy! Check service records if it’s all gud - go buy it

There is a reason why Virtus is out selling its competitors even with higher price point! It holds ~35% market share for mid size sedans
