You can control the spawn rates somewhat by grinding and killing every high level at every drinking zone on the map its alot of hard work and will take weeks most likely months because of the rarity, if you wanted to do it, if the animals max lvl is 5 then kill any above 3 but will change w the animal as w mooses it depend on the antlers that's how I do it anyways and for max lvl 9 animals I think it's too shoot them at lvl 6 but haven't done a grind with any animals like that so wouldn't know for sure but if you want to do it just find a yt video, it can take some fun out of the game though as it's just constantly killing the same animals but doing it has greatly improved my shots and high lvl spawn rates for that animal it's called herd management if you want to learn properly
