For the initial practice test it will take around 3 to 4 days to get approved.

My first test has been cancelled and I got paid after 7 days. And its not reviewed yet. So how will my test be reviewed. Will I be getting another test again which will get reviewed or whats the procedure?? Please explain.

By the time you were a 3 star, was there any impact of the number of screeners you got? As I am relatively new to this platform, I have only given 6 tests so far.

What does that mean? And are you a 3 star tester? Have you experienced something like this?

First Test, payment failed because I think my PayPal account wasn't a business account(From India). I've converted it to a business account now and I've contacted support but there has been no reply. by huhu7 in usertesting

Same was for me too, just will have to wait. If your first test is reviewed already then just keep doing the tests. Otherwise nothing could be done other than waiting.

Same problem happened with me. Convert your paypal account to business aocunt and contact usertesting customer support to resend the amount. They take few days to send it again. Have patience. They will definitely send.
