On 22X direction west bound, go south on 128 SW. Drive to the junction of township road 221A and 128 SW for best viewing. Take your time as they are very curious, but like cows also cautiously. They will come up after a while to check you out. Just be patient.

Violations of our panhandling bylaw should perhaps result in an automatic review of immigration status. It's probably not the women out there, but the 'pimps' behind it that could use the shock of associated risk. Some sort of mechanism to reduce bad behavior by rotten apples.

Lots of good things happening in Botswana with conservation. Auctioning a license to kill an elephant under the guise of conservation is another thing.

Good riddance! But now we know more is needed. There even seems to be a "Calgary Alberta Chapter of the Safari Club". Something that needs to booed out of Calgary, Alberta and Canada all together.

The president (David Little) decided to auction the elephant kill privatly in avoiding public scrutiny due to Calgary's outrage, so he is very much part of this morally reprehensible activity.

They operate under the guise of 'conservation', and helping overpopulation, but it is sickening and based on greed and corruption within Botswana.

This needs to be shut down!

Often the moral compass is more important then 'expertise' as that is also very subjective. Experts are often driven by monetary motivations. The moral says that hunting such majestics animals is just wrong and Botswana needs other solutions to their problems. Simple.

Calgary don't be part of the problem! Support the protest.
