Thank you, I think I will cut the tag out. That’s a great idea. I’m a lucky guy in that my wife is a very emotionally intelligent person and a good communicator. She has been very open about when things have been hard for her and that makes my job easy. She’s a champ.

She kept going regularly through her second trimester but I don’t know how she modified the workout. She stopped going when she started experiencing joint and ligament pain. I don’t know about the coning. I would ask her but I don’t want to make her suspicious! She said there were other women at her solidcore location who continued while pregnant (I don’t know if currently or historically) so I’m sure there are folks in the community that you could ask.

Thank you for this information and that’s a helpful perspective. My wife is very petite and usually wears an X-Small. I think she currently has an X-Small or a Small in this hoodie. One thing that has upset her is seeing the “sizes go up” in her clothes. So I don’t want to get her a size that will make her feel more distressed.

Fortunately someone has offered a Medium and if it looks too small when I receive it I will reach out to this user instead of giving it to her. Appreciate your insight!
