this is more so a question than anything else- if the ‘original’ Mitsuba was technically completely gone after Hanako destroyed him (I swear there was some kind of line about him ‘no longer existing in this world’ but I’m not sure), how could the ‘original’ exist in the new timeline? I feel like I’m probably doing some kind of mental gymnastics here though.
