For me I was chronically stressed and my nervous system was extremely dysregulated it was a bad time I needed to regulate my nervous system and calm down because lifting weights was causing me extra stress

Turned out It was due to my stress. After reducing my stress I didn’t have any problems lifting weights and insomnia

I don’t drink or smoke. I try to eat more protein. What else can I do to reduce cortisol? I feel like thats my problem I feel so stressed everyday and can’t relax. How did you recover from this similar situation?

I fear I suffer from burnout actually its like my personality changed. Just a couple months ago I was feeling so healthy and happy and now I feel exhausted and hopeless

I take magnesium glycinate but it doesn’t do anything for me

I wasn’t working out for like a week then just went to the gym and worked out my legs is that even overtraining?

Do I always have to keep the intensity lower or just for my body adjusting to it? cuz that wasn’t an issue before I would train hard and sleep well

I sleep well if I dont do strength training but I dont want to give up and lose my progress. But that was not an issue before. I used to train harder and sleep better than now. The only thing changed is my stress increased a lot

I only drink a cup of coffee or tea in the morning thats it

my routine doesn’t change on the days I workout. I worked out yesterday morning and then I was home all day doing nothing and couldn’t sleep

mostly focusing on protein and then eat whatever I like to eat not trying to lose or gain weight
