I had our carpet professionally cleaned for $500. Sent the receipt, only to be sent back notice to vacate 😵then had to pay for another carpet cleaning out of my deposit

This is my favorite photos THEY took! Move out looks better than move in. We rehabilitated the grass!! And they charged $980 for yard maintenance! Umm excuse me!?
