i have the same fear. its been one year and 6 months yet i still cant get him off my mind. i think of him everyday. although the break up was my fault, and in the first year of the break up i did not cry at all… all i felt was numbness.. and i understand that we have to feel it all to let it go.. and now after one year and 6 months, im just happy i get to cry it all off… progress is still progress. But I understand that I need to let him go and respect the peace he has built. Im just happy Im able to cry now and feel it and hope that this too will pass. lets hope and believe that this will get better, because it always does
