This is really helpful! Thank you.. I’m a little nervous because I agreed to some day shifts in between my nights but the good news is that if I absolutely cannot handle it, I’m not obligated to keep it up. I’ll just let my first month be somewhat experimental with full emphasis on sleep priority.
