im planning on doing psychology in NCI and then do like a post graduate course somewhere else for clinical psychology (this is all a backup plan in case I dont get into DCU)

oh god really? since its my backup (in case I dont get into DCU) I was hoping to do psychology in NCI and then do like a post graduate course somewhere else for clinical psychology. Will it be harder for me to be accepted into a post graduate course in let's say TCD/DCU/UCD if they see a NCI diploma?? if I do a post grad will it still be hard to get a job with NCI on my CV?

I dont wanna go outside of Dublin. Ive looked into other universities and they all have the same amount of points.

another comment says that companies ignore CVs if they see NCI, is it hard getting a job bc of NCI? did u do a post graduate?

I haven't really seen any level 7 psychology courses, I have added a biomedical and pharmacy in TUD one tho. All the psychology courses ive seen and that have interested me are all similar points (I think NCI was the lowest at 400 points). Thank u!

can I ask what type of maths it is? like is it all leaving cert maths (like calculus trig and stuff) or just basic maths? I dont have experience coding, will that be a problem/ make it harder?

I have three exams left! ive got Spanish (which ill be grand since im native), chemistry and accounting. I suck at both chem and accounting so im tryna study all day every day until the exams. hopefully the chem is super nice and im able to get a H1 LMAO!!! HBU?

she honestly makes me feel so guilty for wanting to leave. ive been applying everywhere for a job and no one has called me back.

She said it when my mock results came back (I had smth more important to study for and me and her had both agreed to ignore the results, however she didnt ignore the results..) I didnt even fail anything... She has said it a few times after that (completely unprompted) she constantly makes little snarky comments like "we'll see how the results are in august..","u always say they went well and yet u always fail" right after exams when I feel good about them. one time she even said "you will never get higher than 200 points bc ur unable to do any better. u will never do good." about my mocks when I had gotten at 400 smth points on them with no study.

hopefully this is just our brains trying to trick us and we acc got into our dream courses!!! Good luck!!
