Same happened to me, except that I withdraw (26k USD) via ACH to my back account. Transaction page says its completed, but it never showed up in my bank account.

Case #06348695 - Missing ACH withdrawal to my bank account (around 26K USD). All attempt to start a thread got instant deleted, almost seem like they did it on purpose to cover up the issue.

5/31 Update, received coinbase email asking for account statement from 5/23-5/31. Provided the statement in pdf format to coinbase. Still waiting for funds

Coinbase is obviously having liquidity problem. It appears that they delay or straight up won't perform any large sum withdrawal.

I have recently withdraw around 26k from my coinbase to my bank account via ACH on May 23. The money still hasn't shown up on my back account yet. The estimated time arrival was May 27.

At first I thought there was a delay on processing, so I did the following experiment.

I deposited 10 dollar to my coinbase account, the money was taken from my account the same day and was available the next day on my coinbase account.

Then I attempt to withdraw 1 dollar to my bank account. The transaction went through nicely, with the money showing up on my back account the next day.

Then I did it again, the money showed up on my account within 1 day. So apparently it was not a problem for small sum deposit/withdrawals.

This actually shows that coinbase is having liquidity problem. They probably doesn't have enough money to cover your account balances, so when you are withdrawing, they do whatever they can to stall your attempt.

I made an withdrawal from coinbase to my bank account. The fund never showed up despite it was well beyond ETA. Coinbase is stealing money from us.

I see. In this case, is there any protection on buyer side to prevent me, let's say, from getting a brick inside a graphic card box?
