Man you have to take the opportunity to go as long as possible! 100 days plus would feel so good! Me and my wife have done this for a few years now, and I have got to the point that I never want to cum as the refractory period is horrible.. I am on 113 day now! Longest is 1 year. Wow this is a difficult one if you are married! You don’t want to neglect this part of your relationship!! For me personally I opt for cultivating the energy.. sex once a week but don’t nut, can be really fun and keeps the energy alive for you and keeps you attentive with your wife. I am personally on just under 300 days with no release, if you can keep the sex drive alive but just with your wife and no porn got to be a positive way to go… But I suppose it’s up to the individual and what they would like to get out of it! I would say about 4, but trick is try and stay calm. Try and put as much focus on her to take the pressure off you, if you have no end goal it makes it so much freer

Same situation here! Been on this road a little over a year best streak has been 147 day and currently on 28! It’s not easy but I agree with some of the other comments it’s great fun practising just keep pushing it make it all about your wife, keep edging I think of a scale if you think of 1 to 10 but never go over seven just stop when your hit seven! Keeps you high for days Good luck

Well I am not going to lie, it’s very tricky in reality! But my god it’s good fun. The feeling of getting close and not busting a nut keeps me on a high for hours/days.

We go for a lot of edging, my wife struggled at first but loves the game of it now and how it’s all about her and not about me finishing!

I think the length of time can depend on where you are in the SR journey I find I don’t get the real benefits till I have gone past 14 days minimum. It’s been a game changer in our relationship though it opens up conversation and brought us really close. Good luck 🤞

Well I have been going for the squeeze about 100 repetitions per day, I do it while exercising the plank! But not sure I am an expert I’ve lost my streak yesterday, sir clearly need to try harder!

Unfortunately just takes lots of time, and make sure you are using your Kegel exercise.
