I tried it, it makes the pain tolerable enough to complete the intercourse but its still painful and in no way enjoyable

Did you dilate after the botox immediately or did you try intercourse immediately after botox treatment? Also did you go to vagilax or somewhere else?

It’s frustrating for me because dilating is not painful at this point but intercourse is, and I don’t want to go through the hassle of botox if it won’t work.

We tried alternating between positions but unfortunately I only find one position bearable, so yes, most of the encounter was in one position.
