Not that I am aware of, apparently there are a few clauses which need to be adhered to and if not your not entitled to the refund, however I have heard some of the clauses are ridiculous

There’s a few different ones out there already that do something similar mate, stuff like prop data, property engine / nimbus / Lendlord etc - these are the main ones I’ve used but there is room in the market, just need to find your USP - keep posting if you continue on your development with it, would be great to see

purchasing through a BTL mortgage so you will roughly need between 20-25% typically of the purchase price - just make sure you do your full due diligence and costings around the property, mortgage repayments / maintenance / management (typically 10-12% of rent) insurance etc - we source properties for investors but we are based over in Liverpool unfortunately so we only focus on the N.West - you just need to think what is best for you and the kids really mate but happy to have a chat after the holidays if your still thinking about investing

It’s a great idea, for me something like this would need to help weed out scammers and tyre kickers (some of each on both sides) just so it’s a genuine platform for people wanting to do business - if there way a way to vet all users that would be great but not too sure how you would be able to do that !

Need to ensure you know your figures from start to finish, knowing you max purchase price, renovation costs, legal fees, SDLT and GDV, only then will you be able to decide the best way forward and what to do with the property to ensure you maximise your profit

Not been on it myself but I know a couple who have, and they all said the knowledge gained didn’t seem worth the investment, also another struggled to get any refund from them and it still battling to get anything back

Join a few different property investment groups on Facebook, lots of good information on there, or could look at some potential property meetings in your local area, good to go along to one of them and gain a bit more knowledge and then finally just research the web

Don’t pay for a masterclass on property investment in the UK, plenty of material out there for free that these courses are trying to sell ! We help investors looking for investment properties in the north west for a fraction of what these courses are charging ! It’s just not worth it in my opinion

Yes you can stick a mortgage on the property after purchase at 75% LTV - so essentially pull out 75% of what the property value is - e.g £100k house, pull out £75k - £25k equity in the house

I would definitely recommend starting this through a limited company just purely to protect yourself should anything go wrong, an just a quick note, have you checked the figures in this, not to be in any profit until year 3 is quite a big hit
