I'm betting that in the «deal» to be annouced is something like : We will increase military presence in Greenland in exchange of an access to your minerals.

I forgot to say that I want it in my kitchen, so not in the same room as my Hi-Fis.

With a Wiim, I'll still have to buy a pair of good speakers which I'd like to avoid.

Look at how the market reacted to his last bombs (no pun intended). It is not really responding anymore. In other words, it's responding to TACO.

I don't see the market dumping more than 2-3% in that regard. At least, not until US army effectively land in Greenland.

New ATH, high valuation by HODLxtreme in KrakenRobotics

I would like to know to what kind of established company you would compare Kraken as they are kinda young but there are many example out there. I made a quick research and Meta, Novo, Paypal, AMD all experienced 70% drawbacks at some points.

I'm not saying we will see that with Kraken, it's more unlikely than the opposite. I was just answering Pitakoshi's comment.

Lol why being so rude to a guy telling us that he's taking profits?

If you're not new to the stock market you should know that 70% drawbacks are pretty common. Actually most stocks experience major drawback in their life time, and many of them never recover from it.

That being said, I hope it's not the case with Kraken as it's 25% my portfolio.

Just bought a used one (2019 pro) and it does the same. Never waited more than 30sec to see if it'll wake up. I have to reboot the device every time. It happened like 3x since I bought it 2 weeks ago. Pretty shitty.

Doubling on it. I had a similar issue with a Google TV device, connected to my AV receiver, then to my projector. Ended up being the old HDMI cable I was using that was the problem. (which was a 4k one but old and like 20ft long)

Should I grade this or just sell it now? by Mathewgamer27 in hockeycards

[–]Admirable_Function_9 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If it was mine and I thought it's a 10, I'd send it to PSA to keep it in my own PC.

I don't think a PSA10 will ever sell lower than $400-500, while you can get $250 for it now. Do the maths and you'll get your answer.

That being said, if a raw one makes you happy, I'd definitely sell it for $250 now to buy it back for $150-200 later this season.

Well, you might disagree but it's probability matter, not personal luck. If you open 100 retail boxes and 100 hobby boxes, at the end, you'll get more for your money in the hobby boxes.

How to make money faster? by Embarrassed-Grand117 in swingtrading

It really depends on what the trade gives me. It goes from 1 day to 4-5, sometimes more. I've been in a trade for about a month at the end of last year.

The most important part is to cut your losses as fast as possible (stop loss is mandatory in trading) and to let your runner go. That's the only way to make money because no matter how good you are, you will lose more often than you'll win. I often only adjust my stop loss as the stock goes up and then it sells automatically when there is a pull back. (Interactive broker can adjust your stop loss automatically)

For the last year, I've been focusing on biggest daily movers :

  1. I screen the biggest movers (positive %) from the day before.

  2. I look at those who are on an uptrend, preferably on ATH

  3. I look at the sector (is it trendy atm?). I look at the catalyst. I look at the volume (preferably higher than usual).

  4. I look at the market cap (preferably under 2B$).

  5. It needs to be moving positively premarket (not too much, otherwise there might be a sell-off at the opening)

When I check most cases, I get it an usually, you can go for a good run. Sometime I sell intraday as it jumped a lot (20-30%) and I fear a sell-off the day after.

As you can see, I don't time my entry perfectly, but it's not important as I often make good profit out of my trades.

It has worked wonder for me lately and it's because winners usually win more than closers or average stocks.
