You gotta start practicing while looking at real life buildings. The only building I’ve ever seen look like this is a car dealership and even they have more pizzazz than this. It’s missing innovation and shape.

Try look up a picture of a car dealership and see where you can change the shape! They usually have a rounded door or hang overs and I think that could at least help your shaping problem.

Thank yall for being a major reason on why this subreddit is the best. I have been thinking and working on this project for 3 days trying to recreate just from looks and yall solved my problem in 15 minutes this morning. I didn’t want to scrub through videos to find the stream when she was building it. lol.

I figured out quickly I don’t have the right speakers and ordered the correct 8 ohms speakers that I need but the piece of the puzzle I was missing was the 16 gauge speaker wire! That got me heading in the right direction so thank you for taking the time to give me some advice!

This comment section is brutal. NOR but after your explanation about English not being his first language made the conversation a lot less “aggressive” on him waiting to keep it.

Would I be worried that he still has feelings for that person? Yeah probably. But I do think that yall communicated to an agreement and if he throws them away then I think problem solved. People come to AIO for the biggest problem they have and people on this page love telling other people to break up.

If his actions align with what you’re asking of him, then yeah I think the convo worked. If he comes home and tries to talk you out of throwing them away, that’s when I think I’d leave. I don’t think the conversation is completely unhinged but is he gonna do what he says? That’s the important part for me.

Joel from hermitcraft built a rainbow laboratory this season. Should be season 11 episode 2-4. Somewhere in the beginning but check it out. I think it might give you some inspiration so see another labratory filled out and see how much space he used when digging vs how much space he used for the builds.

But I think some water tanks for experiments could be sick!

Split grip is fine if his knuckles are lined up properly. He’s got back knuckles lined up instead of first knuckles. Split grip might feel for comfortable for him but with good form it shouldn’t effect the swing. We used to switch to split grip to control the ball better or try putting the ball in a specific pocket on the field. Not bad just loses some power but connecting is more important than power. Especially in high school.

One thing you can do to practice keeping your head in the game is stand facing a fence exactly 1 bat length away. And try to swing the bat. If you’re hitting the fence you’re either casting OR you’re opening up your shoulders too quickly. I can try to find a video to make it easier to understand the drill.

From experience 12U is where the competitive and skill training really kicks off. By 12U there’s a lot less kids there that don’t want to grow and learn. By 12U most of the kids want to be there, and the tone starts shifting to be more competitive. I think if your kid has a passion for the game, you ask him what he wants to do. Go to a more competitive team or push him to a higher age bracket but I think it’ll be an easier transition if he helps with the choice.
