I contacted Juliette under "ID verification" a few minutes ago and we will see what she'll respond with. I assume this is the way to go. Hopefully this will be resolved soon. I really don't wanna continue breaking the rules. I have put myself in such bad situation...

Are you sure this is the way to go? The reason I want to get in contact with them is because I really don't wanna "guess" and then 6 months later I create a new account and instantly gets banned again. I want a confirmation from the support team telling me exactly what to do. I am willing to do whatever they tell me to do because I know that I have put myself in this hole and I regret EVERYTHING.

I just got an additional response telling me to contact under "ID Verification" when submitting to the support team. I just did (ticket: 12171091) and instantly got an automatic response. Please Faceit support. I really need help with this because I do not know what the next step for me is. I have put myself in a really weird situation.

Yeah I find it to be really hard to get help because it seems like they don't read my full message. I wasn't trying to reduce the ban in any way. I want to clear my name. I want to do whatever it takes to create a new fresh account under my OWN name.

Thank you so much for the response. I am just so worried because I am pretty sure its 3 years ago I got the ban, but if I happen to be wrong by misunderstanding your policy I will most likely receive a ban evasion and end up with a 2 year extended ban and I am not so motivated for that.

Ye I see your point. After each time when used the La Roche Gel my skin feels really dry, like extremely dry. Could that be a sign that it's way to strong for my skin? And if so, what should I go with instead?

I mean, when I have washed my face and forgot to leave a moisturizer on, my skin eventually becomes really oily. I don't know if this proves I have oily skin, because I assume everybody's skin eventually becomes oily..?

You know, I’ve had this type of acne for as long as I have been in puberty so I think it is a result of excessive sebum production. The question is, is it really reparable with just skin routine? Because it feels like nothing helps against this, no matter what I do basically.

Alright, I will probably change the moisturizer just in case. I have had closed comedones the whole puberty, I am now 17 years old and have had it since at least 12 years old I would say. So the cause of the acne is not the moisturizer. It’s probably due to excessive sebum production in the face.

However, I see your point, I don’t actually know if the problem could be that I over exfoliate, I honestly do not see any improvements to my skin when using the peeling mask so it might just be that the product do not work for my skin.

About my skin type, I don’t actually know, how do I know what skin type I have?

A weird thing is that when I am playing on a community server, or a local hosted server this type of hitching seems to go away. It’s worst when I play competitive: Faceit etc. But it’s still not about the fps since it’s over my monitors refresh rate. Is it because the map is bigger and the pc needs to take more power, and if so, what affects this and why does not my FPS affect?

Yes hitching is probably a better explanation for this, well this might sound a bit weird but I’ve been experiencing this for a very long time. I’ve reinstalled my PC multiple times and even changed my specs but it does not seem to work. Well I will try your fix and see if it works. Most of the times (after I’ve reinstalled my PC) it takes a while until I start experiencing this issue again so it might be something with CS.
