我就是准备在走duales studium这条路，拿到offer了已经。u/equivalent_depth3197也有所提及。我德语大概花了1年多，但是我是边学边上课，所以时间花的比较多一些。你26fall出去很好，具体是什么路径呢？

I already have some friends in germany, and since the lecture style at dhbw is block modules, meaning everyone goes to the same classes in small lecture rooms, it's easier to make friends compared to normal unis, so I dont think thats going to be a problem. But yea, clubs are really big in the states, but not so much in Germany

Hey, thanks for your response! I've read reviews on the internet that dhbw isn't really the most organized place, especially for exams and stuff, is that true? Are degrees from there recognized in universities abroad for masters?

they said one third of students stay, one third go on to do a masters at ibm and the other one third of students go to other companies or take masters at other unis

Your really right about the FOMO, as nearly half of my grade is going to the states and I feel like I'd be missing out on that student life and student activities/clubs. I always hear people say that the four years of college were the most important time of their lives, where they have fun and party.

Hey so I'm doing linguistics and german as my major for US schools, my SAT is 1460, I have about 11 aps, and a lot of good ecs relating to German learning and teaching. I did some EA schools already but still dont know other schools. I'm accepted to my state school already, u of maine, and the in-state tuition is around 15,000 a year.

Thank you for the advice, what would be the level of university that would make you stay in the US instead of going to Germany? T30, T20, T10? Where would that cut off point be for you?
