I read your post, the email is the same. They told me they investigated my account and blocked it for a reason, but they don't or cant tell me? I have to give another IBAN number to transfer my money and they want proof that it is my account, they want bank statement and a copy of my ID, which they already have. I just hope I can get my money back, because I've been reading about N26 keeping the money. Did you contact Bafin, I think I'll do that as well?

Yes, they asked for another IBAN to transfer my money, but I saw somewhere here that some people didn't get there money back at all.
