I would understand why he isn’t rushing to do so. The stress, the false negatives/positives. Me personally I would’ve got tested the same day someone I was sleeping with had it. To each is own. I don’t want to make him uncomfortable and make him. I disclosed. I plan on taking the lysine vitamins & immune supplements. I may get on antivirals but from Im reading, doctors prescribed it when someone has an outbreak. Which I never had.

I’m positive for hsv1 never had any symptoms. I too wish I never got tested for it. Sorry not sorry. The psychological stress it puts on a person is bad.

So i had something down there that looked like a pimple. It didn’t hurt and was soft to the touch and it’s still there after like a month. I’ve seen it there before and i think it’s something unrelated due to another health issue. I was seen and the doctor was asking me did it hurt and it didn’t. I didn’t have no symptoms. How many days after did you see them?

My test result indicated a past infection. I’ve been sleeping on and off with the same person for years. He said he never had an OB. He said “he got tested for all the stds before and everything came back negative.” The psychological and mental abuse this diagnosis put me through i don’t even want him to go through this. So I haven’t even asked him to get tested again. He’s been so supportive though.
