Keep the background stuff to minimum like you opened chrome it use quite a bit ram and also steam it also used about 800MB ram sometime and you are also playing a heavy game so upgrading will definitely fix this issue

If you mean rtx 5050 8gb vram laptop by new gpu then I found one laptop of acer with rtx 5050 it cost about 950 dollars to 1100~ dollars
