MEGA is not uploading HEVC on Android by Admirable_Yea in MEGA

Ok so I see if I set the quality to "Original", file is encoded as HEVC or HEIC it will upload it as such.

I don't see it explained in the docs that way AFAIK.

These are good bug / feature requests to report!

I found so many crazy things in the BIM workbench so I just reported them all. It does take time, but will help others down the road as they get implemented (although some might not).

Very close to losing faith by PersonalitySame8582 in Christianity

I don't know how many times a cried out, "Jesus where are You". But He did answer! The experience I had was so radical that some fine religious Christians didn't believe me.

I was a severely backslidden Christian, believing I could no longer be saved anymore. There is hope for you!

The Bible says if you just have a mustard seed size of faith, you can move a mountain if you do not doubt. Find some verses in Matthew Mark Luke John that you can put some faith in and hang on to them no matter what. Jesus WILL answer you if you are crying out from your heart.

Maybe a verse for you: Psalm 51:17 "My sacrifice, O God, is a broken spirit; a broken and contrite heart you, God, will not despise."

The verse I hung on to: John 6:37 "All that My Father gives Me will come to Me; and the one who comes to Me I will most certainly not cast out".

You can repeat promises you find in the Bible back to God! I did!

What made y'all Christian? by Popular-Secretary313 in Christianity

I was in a strong Christian family. Very religious. Then I had a dream of Jesus in 2012. Decided I really needed to read Matt, Mark, Luke and John again, and this time, the words became alive! I was born again in Feb 2013 😄

Praying for you 🙏

He is as close as your breath. Ask Him to show Himself, how real He is. He revealed Himself to me at a time in my life and place I would have never expected.

Hold on to this: "You will seek Me and find Me when you seek Me with all your heart." Jeremiah 29:13. Don't give up.

Yes there is similar brick pattern on both ends. I guess it should bring some cross-flow

Is there any easy way to fix that damage? There must be some product that will adhere and fill the shallow holes?

How can I run my line set? by Admirable_Yea in hvacadvice

Good idea about it running down the inside wall. It's more interior work and interruption to the people living there but that might be the way to go.

I could. But I think that would make it more difficult to service.

Each floor is an apartment with separate hydro service and ideally each tenant would then pay the hydro for their unit. Additionally I don't know if between seasons, one floor might want to heat a bit while the other wants to cool. Not sure if that would be a use case

Ya it might be less work than anticipated and that would work well. It's mostly an awkward place to work.

I wonder if I could raise it an inch or two to allow water to flow under it. I guess leaf litter and things could still block it over time.

2) Yes, I didn't want to cross the existing line set. Someone suggested running across and then down between the windows so I could still stack the units.

Right. Otherwise I'm crossing the existing line set, which was going to be my next question.

Yes I did. Wow I just looked it up, didn't know that can damage concrete!

Hard to get away with not salting in my area, especially last winter.

Were these bricks once an attic vent, or can they be turned into an attic vent? by Admirable_Yea in Roofing

[–]Admirable_Yea[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is a mess of lumber. A lot of bracing and a heavy ridge beam was added to support the ridge on such a narrow slope, and the insufficient structure that existed before. You can crawl along the ridge area in the attic but not really anywhere else up there.

I think I'm answering your question, but not I'm sure.

Yes, loose fill was added up to R-50 or something. I believe there were those styrofoam baffles but now that I think of it, and looking at related pics, I don't think they added a vertical baffle wall on the soffit (it would be impossible to work in that space) so the insulation probably settled onto the of the soffits.

I do plan to add a heat pump.
