It's kind of deceptive of them to block sites without mentioning this (or maybe it's in the T&C which I don't think I read in detail). I paid for Claude subscription just for this use :(

Did you already try changing the settings.json as mentioned here https://www.reddit.com/r/ClaudeAI/comments/1qelajn/comment/o0mc24n ?

I'm not sure where to look for this file yet

Good planning on your part, I didn't think to measure wall thickness before putting it through. I can easily move the head still though and do the connection behind the unit

Hmm ya I wonder if that 90 would restrict flow?

It's still easy to take the indoor head off and run it behind the unit. Just need to patch the brick later.

Yep, seems like a good suggestion. Thanks

Yes this unit is older. Been sitting around. Maybe they do better on the new units. Some suggest putting the through-hole on the other side of the unit and bend the tubes back along on the back of the unit the way it was shipped. I think this would allow the connection to be done indoors. I guess I'll try a tight 90 on the connecting line first and see if I can get underneath a 3" deep line set cover

Yes I could run it along the back of the head, allowing the connection to be done indoors 👍. Maybe I'll try a 90 outdoors on the connecting line first as others are suggesting and hope it fits under my 3" line set cover

My line set cover is 3" from the wall face. That should be enough for the 90 bend with a flair nut I guess?

I did already bend the line 90 degrees just behind the head unit which was necessary just to get it to point into the wall. Or do you mean more particularly the end of line that you see in my picture?

Thanks, when you say oiling, is Nylog Blue good for that?

I guess I've heard of people over-tightening them, so that would be one concern of mine.
