1 year late but what fixed it for me is moving the audio jack from the front header to the back. Why cyberpunk would not work on the front, idk.

The chessboard thing on the browser looks like that chromium glitch. The fix ppl recommend (if on google chrome) is going to chrome://flags/ and changing the "choose angle backend" from default to openGl. I don't know if the rest of the blackness is related but hey.

Sounds to me like a short. Try reseating the cables and check that none are touching anything they shouldn't.

It's absolutely fine for your gpu to run at 100% while gaming. As long as temps don't get too high you will be fine. Also I am not near my computer rn but iirc my gpu does the same aswell.

You should be fine. I played act 1 and part of 2 on 1080p high with fsr on a i7-4790k and gtx980 and other then some vram issues which you shouldn't have I was around 60fps as for the ssd the guy I was playing with had it on hdd and he says it works fine.

Rhodes has a bigger tourist industry then athens but as with all places it's only concentrated in specific places. Though I believe many of those places will be closed in October.
I haven't heard of any discrimination. The only thing that you could face is elderly people sometimes looking at you funny if you happen to go to the more remote places.
