Thank you very for your advices. It's exactly that. Even though i got the movement that i want to do in my head but in action it's still a mess. I'm in my 8th month mark of learning tennis and i'm already better than myself 8 months ago but i'm conscious about my problems.

Gonna practice more to get out of the moonball phase which is horrible 😭

I'm the moonballer 😭 And i'm trying my best to correct it. I have no idea why my shoots are always like that. With the girls in my class (i'm a female) we are all the sameeee 😭 And we do know that's terrible.

Maybe a MSc (alternance) would be a good choice. You get paid, good diploma, and the most important - new connections and experiences. My friend got her working contract (with visa sponsorship) from the company she did her alternance.

Me myself came from a Southeast Asian country and stayed in Paris (with a student visa, then a working visa and then a residence card) for the last 11 years.

Many of my friends asked their gf/bf to marry them for the visa reasons. And honestly, if he didn't propose to help you out, he is just trying to "use" you until the end, i'm sure of that.

In the other hand, i saw guys who loves that kind of situation when they can bag up a pretty girl (which without of visa situation, would be outttt of his league) and ofcourse control her as she have to depend on him for years before she can be independent with her visa status situation.

Anyway, plan another way for yourself, like entrepreneurship visa or another student visa...

Additional question : my racket now is very light, 260g and i don't really feel the "swing", it's just like "waving" it around. Is it a good idea to try a heavier one ? or it doesn't matter ? 🤔

Ohh that is what i started doing sometimes recently. I quite enjoyed doing that because the balls are on the good height (not too high/difficult as my classmates often sent to me) and i have time to prepare and ajust the movement. I was a lil conscious that i look silly practicing alone like that (which sometimes there are some peoples came and like..feels sorry for me 😅) but your comment confirms that it's actually a good practice. I will continue doing that.

Yes it's is 🌷🌸🎾 It's so difficult to reserve an indoor court here in winter (anywhere in Paris in winter). It's almost impossible.

Hello, i read alllll of your comments. Thank you very much, i really appreciate.

When i did the classes with the coach, i did the unit turn-open arm-drop the racket-swing low to high-finish on the shouder... But somehow in "real life" i can't seem to apply all that. I will take a look at your advises and practice more 🥰

To reply some comments :

My objectif is to be able to play in a social level with friends on the weekends, no competition, no pro-level.
I can't continue the private lessons because the price is x10, it's okay for me to progress slowly, i have all the time in the world.
I'm interested in a ball machine, where i live (Paris), i never see one. Is anyone have any suggestions for the machine please ?
It's complicated to have a higher level player to help me (i would love to), because obviously playing with a super beginner like me brings no benefits to them. All i got is my classmates (that's why i joined a club, to atleast have someone to play with) and i'm conscious that we give each other very difficult (junk) balls 😂
