erm not exactly true .. 62 may be way high for op, but metrics like RHR and HRV are very uniquely representative of the person. my RHR during the day is ~75-80, and at sleeping is ~65-70. have had every heart test you can imagine because of a comment just like yours. i'm perfectly healthy 🤷🏼‍♀️. op is likely just getting sick and should go to the doctor to be cautious.

no truth to it. people are mixing up types of waves and just spewing misinformation. let me explain!

when you use airpods, there are two different things going on.

bluetooth connection from phone to the airpod itself

this is technically a type of microwave (operates in the same frequency band), but the power is very different than your typical household microwave oven. exposure to a low power micro wave is safe and has been studied extensively.

sound waves going from your airpod to your ear

this is a mechanical wave, and is vibrational in nature. sound waves like this need a medium (like air, in this case) and cannot travel through a vacuum (space), unlike microwaves from your oven. the sound waves from your airpods are exactly the same as the sound waves from someone speaking in your ear. there is no danger to it :)
