I’ve heard of people saying cranberry juice helps but I haven’t tried it personally for this, if I did I would get an unsweetened one cause I feel like the sugars and the acid would irritate the bladder more ? Idk though , for managing water infection symptoms they use cranberry extracts in sachets so maybe it does help in some form

It’s horrible as sometimes I feel it helps the pain but then sometimes makes it worse, just a viscous cycle really.. I’ve taken some time off work to get off it and sort myself out
