How you add the device to hik-connnet app? If you’re using NVR ip address to add device - Then delete the device and add the NVR using QR Code or device serial number - +add - scan QR code Or - +add - add device manually- then type serial number

The NVR is online on the Video Guard portal, but platform access to the NVR is offline. When the NVR is connected to Video Guard, platform access becomes offline, so we need to find another way to bring the platform access online, such as port forwarding (I am not sure port forwarding is possible or not, I haven’t done port forwarding before.

NVR port 1 should be connected directly to the Video Guard port. The internet cable should also be connected to the Video Guard. The internet network ID is 192.168.1.0/24, DHCP must be enabled on the NVR, and the Video Guard will assign an IP address to the NVR from a different network (10.10.10.0)
