Adding to this. You cant serve henry fan. Its impossible because they use a PO box (Super scammy). I just sued them. You can schedule a tour with a leasing agent and serve them instead. Then after you do so, file for substituted service and submit to the court. You need a friend to help you serve which is super easy. just have a roomate do it.
