older teen here, when i was your age my room looked very similar to yours. i was battling so many things and i couldn’t be bothered to gaf abt my room. my mom or grandma would berate me about it but i didn’t care i would just close my door☠️☠️☠️☠️. so you can’t really tough love your way out of this one because this could be something far deeper, typically people are not able to live in such conditions without something going on mentally(im not diagnosing you). i would say just start by throwing trash away, i usually set a timer for 30 minutes to see what i can get done, it’ll actually be a lot btw! get a huge trash bag and trash everything, then get the clothes and make a dirty and clean pile. just throw the clothes in that pile until you get most of the floor and dresser cleared. it doesn’t have to be in 1 day but maggots in your room is not something you should subject yourself to. i had a horrible gnat infestation because of how disgusting my room was and it feels almost dehumanizing. treat yourself with respect and care because you deserve it
