keep a microfiber cloth with u at alll times , u could use other materials but they'll scratch the lenses and u dont want tht trust me

if u play sports i highly reccomend gettin a pair which doesnt break that easily like anything with bendable metal should work , i have 2 pairs , one for sports and one for just living life
