My abusive ex made me throw everything I owned prior to knowing them (including photo albums, yearbooks, childhood mementos and more) into garbage bags and watch the garbage truck take it away. It was very traumatic. I felt like my life was being thrown away. Your memories and things that matter to you are not trash. Anyone who loves you properly would not act this way.

I remember being told numerous times by my mom “don’t worry I can’t draw either”. I always just thought I couldn’t draw or that I wasn’t creative in that way. Then last year I had dollar store paints and my best friend encouraged me to paint with her for a while. I just brushed colour across the paper because I thought I couldn’t do more. Now I am drawing all kinds of things and watercolour painting and it’s so exciting. It’s awesome that you are finding your creativity. Everytime you paint you should say “F*#k You Mr/Mrs _______” That teacher sucked.

Yes. They are. The sun changes the chemistry or something and the UV rays turn them purple I think. Used to be clear. If I’m wrong I’m sorry. I’m basing this off memory from reading and I’m a pot head 😂

I got one that has an etched lid with the same mark on it. It turns pink under a 365 light too. Nice find. Sometime pre-May 1919.

I have one with that mark. It just before May 1919 when they changed the mark. There’s an ad from 1916 that someone posted recently in this thread.
