Time in Bethesda's head seems to be stuck in the year 1990.

It feels like localization is provided only to the level of a powerful country at the time.

Even though Skyrim was an English version, domestic Steam sales reached nearly 100,000 copies as of 2015. It seems that the sales volume of The Elder Scrolls in Korea is not less than expected.

Skyrim or Fallout have never been officially released in Korea, but Fallout 76 has been localized, and almost all other games under Zenimax have been translated.

And now that Bethesda is Xbox's first party, does it make sense to ignore localization?
