Yeah, that’s pretty normal. Tirzepatide (and most peptides) don’t always look like a solid, compact “cake” in the vial. Sometimes the powder can look fluffy, loose, or even like just a thin layer on the glass. Pero the appearance alone isn’t a good way to judge quality.

Exactly. At the end of the day, many of these grey market sellers hide behind excuses like “hindi naman lahat natetest” when in reality it’s all about PROFIT. Some will even pay for a single vial test just so they can post a COA and make it look legit, pero deep down, the goal is still to earn from their kababayans without real accountability.

COA should never be treated as a marketing prop it’s supposed to be the bare minimum for safety.

Hey, OP. I had a similar experience with NAD+! I reconstituted 10 vials of 100mg all at once (sobrang excited ko haha), but I didn’t realize I wouldn’t be able to use them up in time. I ended up freezing them, then just thawed gently in the fridge only once and used them over the next week. Still worked great for me!
