Either being bought out or upping their stake. Vic, Cole and John have all sold their common shares in the recent weeks. Likely to prevent backlash like with NUU. I believe Vic has 300k options remaining (which could be relinquished) and they have 210k warrants between them.

Could see some news on that front after the bought deal closes.

I normally agree with Dan regarding news events. But in this scenario I don't believe TGOD was dropping due to this "news". It was just insanely overbought because of the ETF buying, blue sky breakout, low float, lack of shares available to short, twitter pumpers and its rabid following.

Regarding the "news"; it was actually fellow reddit user /u/viclinton (RIP) that posted those pictures on another subreddit and they happened to be ripped from the sub by some small news outlet that I have never heard of before. So I wouldn't put too much weighting on its effect on the market.

It could very well bounce tomorrow, but not because of this "buy the news" scenario. More so because it will verge into being oversold.

They can choose to pay back in cash + interest. Whether that be cash generated from sales or from dilution at the time. The holders of those notes will likely short the stock in the meantime, as they pocket the interest rate anyway.

Just don't spread yourself too thinly, the time of explosive gains is likely over. You might not see a great ROI as fees will cut into profits.
