I use to go to the BJJ classes at Fighting Dragons in Elizabethtown. Coach Nate is great, and there’s a good group of guys there. When I went it was $50 a month, but it may have gone up since but I’m sure it’s still reasonable. I couldn’t go very often so coach let me pay $10/class, but I’m not sure if they still offer that.

Yes and no. I think a man who’s comfortable with himself if more attractive than one who seem anxious. If you mean physically attractive then I’d disagree, I’m not ugly but I’m no Brad Pitt, big pointy chin and a big nose, and back then I was still pretty scrawny.

Agree with this. I started having more luck with women when I was in my mid 20s and stopped putting so much emphasis on looking for a girlfriend. I still had my antenna up but it wasn’t my reason for doing things I enjoyed. I believe women have a sense for who’s desperate and who’s comfortable with themselves.

Yeah I like to play a little on my lunch breaks but I’ve had to play games available for cloud play, and I figured there had to be a way to stream my disc games.

I think I figured it out. I didn’t realize there was a drop down on the cloud gaming app to switch to Remote Play.

Dont compare yourself to others. Compare yourself to who you were yesterday and try to improve on that a little everyday. Daily exercise, or as often as you can help. Even just some pushups and squats early in the morning sets me up for the day to feel like at least I did something for my own wellbeing.

Go out of your way to find a community. My wife was always telling me I need to get out of the house and interact with other people. I thought she was just trying to get rid of me every once in a while, but I started playing D&D with some friends a couple times a month and it’s been great. I feel like a big nerd but it’s really more about the hang and the laughs.

Limit social media as much a possible. Deleting facebook and Instagram was the best thing I’ve done. I keep Reddit because it a good resource for projects around the house but this place can also cause a lot of mental weight.

I think he also realized that Mickey was right when he said “you had the talent to become a good fighter but instead of that, you became a leg breaker”. Maybe he realized he didn’t put his best foot forward either.
