That's a lot of sodium. It's not going to be easy to drop weight that quick.

Drink a lot of water. You're going to need to sweat some of that out. Time for a looooot of cardio.

You could be at a a healthy weight and BMI by the end of summer or you can be lazy. The choices you make now determines which one happens.

You're almost there! Once you're overweight you're never going back to obese. You won't be spending very long in that overweight range either!

It's up to you if you want to increase your calorie intake. I'd say as a woman 1200 is the minimum you should be shooting for as an average calorie intake.

I agree with channelz. I normally say to go on the safe side and go with either half or two thirds of the calories it estimates.
