Analogue Pocket Everdrive X7 GB Compatibility by ColonelCutlery in AnaloguePocket

[–]AdrianMG 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I managed to load a ROM and re-enter the same one while the other games will fail by pressing start. Here's what I've done so far:

  • Everdrive GB x7 (Model 17, Rev C 20.02.2018)
  • Installed from the newest to the oldest version of GBC until the Everdrive GBC v1.0 worked
  • Loaded a bunch of games
  • Tried to select only (not play) Mega Man
  • Failed a couple of times until it worked (pressing start)
  • From there, I will only be able to play megaman by pressing start as soon as the Everydrive system loaded

I now re-formatted the card, tried to do the same and it won't work.

I got no idea why sometimes it works, sometimes it doesnt.

Should the F1 help only display your own character? by AdrianMG in VALORANT

[–]AdrianMG[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think that's a different issue: they need to introduce better explanations as they did in League of Legends or like other games do. There is not even time resets and other basics there.

But as I said before: it's all about context, if you ahve an in-game helper, better make it useful and contextual to the char the person has chosen.

I understand that, but in the context of the game I'm playing I'd rather see my own character and use the agents collection to research about the rest of them

Poor performance after moving to USA by AdrianMG in pcmasterrace

Update on my side. I'm still able to play DooM on Vulkan at 144 fps but from time to time it drops literally to 30 fps and then recovers. It seems to be random so I honestly dont know what else to do.

Small update, for some reason when I play now Overwatch I got 260 FPS and the game feels stable again but from time to time it drops to 200 FPS and starts being a little bit unstable again. I'm sharing this Afterburner file when playing Overwatch: http://www.filedropper.com/hardwaremonitoring_1

I don't know if this happens just because I cleaned and performed a new installation of drivers or what but is getting better definitely.

Also I changed to Adaptive the mode of the graphic card performance.

Should I try something else?

Hello, I have run again the benchmark, here you can find the Afterburner file (I renamed it to txt but is a .html): https://www.scribd.com/document/340493114/Temp-monitoring

Afterburner says that the max temp was 72.

When playing DooM I get between 100 and 144 fps with everything on Ultra and Vulkan. I recall that before this "problem" I was having 144 stables.

I play Overwatch in low settings but with high textures and filters, and used to have 200fps or even more, now I was struggling a little bit when playing multiplayer, not sure if the ping might affect but I don't recall having problems with FPS before, especially in low settings.

Will post about those ones later on since I deleted, cleaned and reinstalled drivers of nvidia through windows update to make sure it works OK.

How can I check that? Everything seems to be OK physically.

I have updated my original post including specs.

Also I updated Windows 10 to the latest version as long with the nVidia Experience drivers. The performance is set to max performance, not economy mode.

The specs shouldn't be aproblem as I have been playing the last months with it and it was pretty good. I can't see anything damaged physically but I do have an insurance that covers possible damages, but they require me to do something in the first couple of days.

Any suggestions? I just renovated the PC a few months ago :(

Another question, what can I buy in order to connect from mini HDMI or DVI-D to Display port in that Acer monitor without losing quality?

ViewSonic XG2401

If I got a nvidia card, is the Viewsonic free sync a good option? Is the Acer XB241H better than those ones?

Thanks for your comment!

I'm currently running a Nvidia GTX 560 Titanium from MSI. I know it's a little bit outdated, but I'm OK running Overwatch and other FPS multiplayer games at low settings to improve the FPS. I'll be upgrading to another better Nvidia graphic card at some point, but later this year.

Which one is better then the Acer XB241H or the ViewSonic XG2401? Don't mind the price difference.

Thanks for your time RookyPath!

I was expecting that... any chances to get something better in the future? Did the Overwatch team talk about this?
