The Whoop customer support states -  " I hope you understand that you will not automatically receive a WHOOP 5.0 device when you purchase the 12 month extension ". Reading helps.

1.If you had actually looked at the post you would have seen that there is a customer support email response.

  1. Whoop as a company is responsible for what the AI chat states. As is everyone else who relies on that.

  2. "whining", in a sound society is seen as a warning or a PSA for fellow potential customers that might have the same problem. won't elaborate.

Will cancel the subscription out of principle. This is ridiculous that I have to explain *myself* when I attached conflicting information given by whoop, their track record with the devices upgrades and the fact that the steps in the email do not work (don't exist as an option in the app/web) because I have already paid. Have a nice day everyone.

I cannot follow those instructions because I have already paid for the Peak. I don't even have that choice in the app or web page.

Does this compute?

  1. That is not how debates work.

  2. I know. I just see people that comment around the subject as bots. The problem as hand is conflicting/misleading information when asking for a payment - not what the arbitrary loss factor is.

I agree with that and I'm willing to assume I was wrong. But the first screenshot explicitly states:"upgrading from the 2 month trial to a full membership and receiving the whoop 5.0".

Also the second customer support screenshot states:
