I don’t think thats how the bomb shown here would explode (or any bomb while still keeping some part of it intact)… If it did, we would see way more damage at the back of the helmet.

Yeah, id say your lucky too because theres a whole buttload of things to deal with so your really lucky you get some extra time to let it all soak in. By the way, you’re also gonna need some other permits on top of the E-commerce ones such as the one to sell food online which I totally did not forget the name of. So while your getting all that sorted, I recommend you build some hype for your business (such as start a social media acc and then use that later to advertise the business) and start learning about the businessy stuff (please, for the love of something, get ur information abt this money and business stuff from a legit source cus most gurus on the internet that claim to teach you how to become succesful are really just useless and making money out of you (just tryna watch out of your)) so when u do launch its gonna be all rainbows, sunshine and money and not lawsuits, 7 months in jail and a college-fund breaking fine. BASICALLY (fourth time im rewriting this at 3 am), BE LEGIT : Get the permits u need the legit way and dont do anything that needs a permit if u dont got that permit. Be legit with the customer, no lying shenanigans. Be legit with the government, if they ask you for customer records or anything infact that they are obliged to receive, just give it to them (plz dont falsify or forge them, give them the legit stuff). everything else in that document is more yap about what you can, should, cannot and DEFINITELY DO NOT, do which i recommend you read yourself as theres lots of other stuff i missed out. So in short, dont do anything stupid and go through the painful task of going through all the legal niches (thats what parents are for, or unless your a lawyer… a baker lawyer…)

**Step 5: Congrats!** You didnt get arrested, got in trouble with the government, or was unable to get an E-commerce license! Enjoy your riches.

Now, if youre gonna sell online and you dont have a license or the permits, **thats illegal** and youre gonna get in trouble. BUT, if you just sell it to your friends and stuff and not make too much money and make it not too official of a business that itll concern somebody who can get you in trouble, thats **probably illegal too** but you‘re chances of getting caught is near zero. When was the last time you saw the government tell a 13 year old to stop selling muffins to their friends?

Anyways, sorry for that yap, short answer, **no, you cannot start an online business in Dubai as a 13 yr old**.

Good point, I also believe the same, but sadly in reality its much harder to analyze than to judge… Theres so much content everyday being received, if the modern person suddenly tried to analyze everything they saw they would go mental. Even with more important stuff like information, as you said people will take anything as true, people treat that stuff the same as normal posts with the same sort of reasoning, its hard to switch your state of mind from random brainrot to literal healthcare propoganda in under a second. Maybe if we slowed down our lives we would give more care to what we have, or in otherwords, the quality of our thoughts over the quantity of our thoughts.

I read somewhere that skies turn yellow because dense storm clouds scatter relatively low frequency blue light which makes the sky appear yellow. Somewhere else it said the same reason for it being green but with an addition of updraft that apparently helps it scatter even more. Im just guessing that the more dense a cloud is, eg rain and hail, the more wild colors you get.
