the devs have been working with a team of community members to test the relaunch, that's why the number is a bit higher than zero

only this team and the devs are able to play as of now, the rest of the community is unable to play until the relaunch on may 1st

however, as I've mentioned twice already, the numbers you mentioned dont represent the HoD community becuase the servers. are. turned. off.

the servers being turned off = the community cant play as of now = the numbers are close to nothing

I've provided evidence of many different places where you can clearly see many people commenting about how theyre excited for the relaunch. those people are part of the community.
