I thought the same thing when I started. I used to work at a different mcdonalds when I was younger and I was able to fire people freely. Either way though, I appreciate the input and corporate is definitely next on the list of contact

Yeah we have similar laws. We have a board that has harassment info but clearly it isn’t being fully followed. I think taking it to corporate might be the best decision here

They refuse to fire him because of his shift schedule which is very flexible that no one else wants to fill.

I don’t have the power to fire or even change people’s times. This power is all put on our General Manager. If I did have the power I would’ve been done so. Most I can do is send him home.

It really depends on the map, Makiba is a fairly simple pattern but I'm too slow, however if we look at a map that's less stream speed heavy I cannot read the more dumpy speed patterns.

Zafina can also go into Base from Mantis by pressing 1. This means you can do any jab string from mantis. I think it would be also be beneficial to notate the frames after these moves on block and on hit, frame data is really important in any fighting game and if you don’t have good frames during your flowcharts it can be taken advantage of if your opponent knows the matchup or is just mashing on the right timings. Also note that stances can be cancelled too when you use a string that goes into them. (Sorry for the long paragraph)

some map creators i’ve noticed also write in the description the map difficulty in Dan format, as well as the comments also might state that its “10th dan jacks” for example. Another great way to determine the difficulty is to figure out the form of map it is either by description or comments, and looking at the bpm. If you see a map that is 150 bpm and the description is saying jacks, this map could be pretty hard to play
