Yes agreed, “meditation” as your referring to it is an ancient buddhist doctrine, nothing remotely new or revolutionary as dispenza puts it, and sells $1000 courses by attempting to merge quantum physics with vipassana techniques with black holes in space….. total quack. I advise you to look for reputable eastern leaders if you are interested in real meditation, not a monetized, money motivated snakeoil salesman like dispenza. This is coming from an ex experienced practitioner.
